Sales - order Goods and services are exclusively offered by us due to our general trading conditions. Orders that are supplied by invoice have to be done via letter or fax, orders that are prepaid or will be paid by cash on delivery also can be done via eMail. Sale is not reduced to a certain region. Shipping and packing costs are computed after expenditure and have to be paid from the buyer. Inland business customers or institutions are supplied by invoice, private customers have to prepay or have to pay by cash on delivery. Foreign businesses generally have to be prepaid or paid by cash on delivery. Delivery is normally done by UPS parcel service, special arrangements are possible. Please contact us before ordering or ask for an offer. Delivery times, scope of supply and the suitability of the ordered items for the targeted application can be clarified best this way.
